I had this same issue when I was a kid. I would draw maybe three lines, decide I didn’t like where it was going, and then push the drawing aside. I didn’t erase. I didn’t flip the page over. As far as I was concerned, the drawing was dead to me, and I laid it to rest with the corpses of its underused fellows. We’re probably all very lucky that I didn’t decide to go Winslow’s route, otherwise the world would have gone up in flames in the mid-1980s.Related:

I'm the exact opposite. I'll quickly erase anything that looks the slightest bit bad and try to fix my mistakes. This usually results with erase lines all over the paper
