Description
This is my own vision and interpretation of the Pokemon Mythology, which can be discussed of course ! Some precisions : a link in this tree does not necesseraly represent a creaton link (for example Arceus who created Dialga). It can also be a elementary link (for example Regigigas related to Groudon because of the Land concept), a monitor link (for example Lugia monitors the 1G bird trio while being the sky guardian), an evolution link (the earth ancestor Mew who becomes new pokemons because of evolution), or a foe link to show pokemon who are ennemies in the lore.[V2] New Zygarde complete form and Unowns added. Many corrections, which makes the mythology tree better.
[V3] SM update with Alolan legendaries and the new ultra-beasts dimension. There are many corrections compared to the previous version.
[V3.5] USUM update with new pokemon and forms added !
[V4] Sword and Shield Updade with Zacian, Zamazenta, Eternatus and Zarude added !
[V4.1] Isle of Armor DLC1 Update. Urshifu added.
[V4.2] Crown Tundra DLC2 Update. Calyrex added.
[V4.3] Legends Arceus Update. Enamorus added, and genies lore updated.
[V5] Scarlet & Violet Update. Paldean lore, legendaries and Paradox forms added. Foes link added to the tree.
[V5.1] ScVi DLC update ! Added Kitakami legendaries and updated lore about paradox Pokémons and terastal energy

Wouldn't Diancie be a fairy of minerals? Because there a lot of crystal species out there, and not all of them are gem material. I think it would emphasize Diancie's power more if she were "the princess of minerals," not just gems.

I agree with this interpretation, expect for two points I want to discuss a little :
Xerneas and Yveltal. -> Mew being the ancestor of the legendaires who "bring" something to pokemons and humans, that's ok and good, but Xerneas and Yveltal are "The Life and the Death". They not "teach" or "bring" something. They're "facts". I would see them above mew, like next-to Zygarde, then connected to pokemons and humans.
Unkowns -> This one is a little complexe. I personnaly see the Unknowns as "the 1000 arms of Arceus". Each time we se them, they can create new things from reality (3th movie), they are here when Arceus do his event, and the event start IN the Alpha Ruins ( by the way "Alpha" Ruins for the Unknowns ).
And, to finish, I would like to know your take on Nekrozma.
In Sun and Moon, Nekrozma is "a UltraBeast who become a Pokemon" with time, like Solgaleo and Lunala. You can catch it with a regular ball is enough proof. You found him on Earth, etc ...
But in USUM ... Nekrozma doesn't seems to have stay on Earth, so it's an UltraBeast? By logic? But you can still cathc it with a regular ball. ( I personnaly think this is a mistake they make only to "change" the story, and they doesn't care for the pokemons's stories )
And Marshadow ... could be a vassal of Giratina? I don't know.
But by the way, this is really great !

In USUM we know that Necrozma is from Ultra Megalopolis (i think this is his birth world, because of lack of light in this world)
Mew.. this is difficult to place him. In 1rst Gen they said Mew in the original ancestor.. but other pokemon and Sinnoh mythology didn't exist yet. So this now not true. So i think Mew IS NOT the ancestor of all Pokemon, but is the ancestor of Pokemon from Earth (dou you understand the difference ?). So alien Pokemon and some legendairies are not related with Mew.

For Nekrozma, my problem isn't from you, but from the game itself. Like I said, in SM, Nekrosma is a "Become Pokemon" like Solgaleo et Lunala. But in USUM, he is "Story wise" a Ultra Beast, BUT ALSO "Game Wise" a Pokemon. But the 7G make sure to clarify the difference so ... he is both? Or not? Or, like I think, it's a plot hole. ( I even seen a TGC "Lunala form Necrozma where it's written "Ultra Beast on it" ) But in both case, he is born UB, so the placement is good. ( It's just USUM that annoys me with that ;-; )
For Mew, I agree, it's for Xerneas et Yveltal i'm a little perplexe. It's "weird" to think that the two pokemon who "symbolise" Life and Death are born form the Earth Ancestor. Because Mew is already "something alive" and can die too. ( The mention of a mew fossile, the dna extracted form it, and mewtwo ). So i more likely see them "outside this box", near Zygarde and pals.
For the unkowns, I see them more like a tool for Arceus than "Some thing their created with no purpose". So, I see them more "around" Arceus. ( Like Celebi of Hoopa for Dialga and Palkia)
And finally, I don't see Marshadow here. So, I imagine him like a vassal for Giratina ( Like Celebi or Hoppa ).
This are my takes, i don't say "YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR THING TO STICK WITH MY OPINIONS" I'm not that dumb =w=

Necrozma from SM games is not the same that Necrozma from USUM.. because story is different.. I prefer use the Necrozma from USUM !
For me, Necrozma, Solgaleo and Lunala are Ultra Beast, for sure. Confirmed in USUM games. But not in SM games..

its neat but i wonder how Volcanion was created by humans?, and i think Celebi is a time traveller from Earth since it always protects the forests in that planet, not others.
also Hoopa, the Ultra Beasts and the Creation Trio may be Aliens too, but in the extradimensional sense.
