Description
Sh*t just got real.I'd kill for Project X Zone 2 to be filled with something other than bodacious babes and studly men. A few non-humanoids would be nice. Honestly I'd prolly pick it up if it had Cha-Cha and Kayamba as a team in it... love those guys.
Disclaimer: this drawing has not been created for the sole purpose of fans of any of these characters to argue about who would win in a fight. Anyone who argues this, will be sent to go live with my friend Edison and listen to his three hour rants about who would win in a fight between predator and darth vader. Don't try me.
Secondly: this is not a forum for you to negatively-spout who should-and-shouldn't be in a crossover grid-fighter RPG. Let that be for the developers to decide. Either way- we probably wont be getting a X zone 2 anyway because of how horribly it sold in Japan. As much as I am addicted to this game, I accept that it will more than likely be a diamond in the rough... never to be revisited again....*Tears.*

Yeah it'd be cool to see Digimon in this kind of game. Maybe WarGreyMon and MetalGaruruMon could've been aΒ pair unit in PXZ IMO.

If they do I hope they get Square Enix to join the fun.

A quadra of gaming companies? That'd be awesome! We could see characters fromΒ Final Fantasy, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger and maybe the lesser, unsuccessful or other RPG owned Square characters join the fight!

Cool. Can I see it and share my thoughts on it?

Evilest-looking thagomizer-club I've seen in a while, nice robust toothy Greymon, and nifty aquatic-hue scale texture on that floppy-eared background brute. Kinda bored with the archetypal spate of god-mode humanoid pro/antagonists in gaming myself.

As much as I welcome the diverse cast of characters in x zone, it needed something that was a little less bouncing tits and shinning muscles and a little more tooth and claw.

True 'nuff. Never played a second of Darkstalkers, but its character designs had a nifty balance of female/male cheesecake (OK, primarily female) and monstrousness-clearly there's room in your average game-verse for both.
Speaking of comprehensive casts: I'm likely miles behind the curve, but have you heard of Godzilla: Daikaiju Battle Royale? Apparently it's a stripped-down spin on the old Monster of Monsters engine, but with as many damn flavors & suit-variant skins off the Toho backlot (e.g. King King '62, Aqua Mothra, Keizer Ghidorah, et. al.) as the modder could pack in there. Sat through a couple Youtube clips, and while I still prefer the Atari games' CQC flexibility, its developer gets a B+ for effort in my book: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ru0pCCβ¦

Met the guy who made it at g-fest this year, we had a two hour conversation. It was brilliant.Β

....I knew you got around when it came to kaiju-gaming, but damn. Happen to recall proposing anything in particular for future updates, game engines, whatnot?

All I know is he is planning on adding supergodzilla and 54.

Man, those two just about bring the Goji-skins full circle. I'm no huge fan of the Super-Goji design or its onscreen descendant, but given its SNES origin (and Bagan's inclusion) this more than fits.
One thing I noticed watching some of those Youtube plays: good lord do those hit-and-offscreen fliers (i.e. Kamakiras et. al.) look like a pain in the ass.

Guess that's one way to make those mid-60's airborne pests pose a challenge. Too bad ducking doesn't seem to be an option.
