[when drawing fem!Shiro, I have to go with young!Shiro for obvious reasons, though
]Anyway, just a random sketchy because my hand & head went stiff after doing a school project OTL...

I love how you transferred Shiro's personality to her facial expression: different body, same awesomeness. I always liked that smile: the one that has just the right amount of devilry hiding in the corners. And her hair - good gracious, I love it! I had never pictured a female Shiro with that kind of hair, but you make me believe it right away!
Mephisto, on the contrary, seems a little shy as a girl...? I would've imagined her reading some manga magazine (if this is back when Shiro was young, there wouldn't be any handheld consoles) or eating some sort of sweets. x') I'd like to know what she's thinking about, facing away from the viewer with that almost sad look on her features. And, if you don't mind me asking: she kept the rhinegraves instead of wearing a skirt? 'course, nothing wrong in letting them keep their wardrobes despite the genderbend, but for me it would've been a natural step to "bend" the clothes too.
For an overall opinion: beautifully relaxed pose, and lovely idea. Good work!
