Update: Contest is over, I didn't place.I honestly didn't think I would get this done in time, but here it is. My third and final entry for the redesign contest.
Doesn't just looking at this picture give you a tooth ache? I don't like Chibi Moon, yet I love drawing her. Its the only time I like pink.
I wasn't sure what to name her or her powers, everything I thought of it just sounded too girly. But I remembered, this is the character who had an attack with the words Pink Sugar in it.
Why fans? Cause I'm tired of staffs.
Name: Neo Sailor Chibi Moon
Transformation Chant: Moon Sparkling Crystal, Make Up!
Weapon: Fans
Attack Cry: Twirling Sparkly Rainbow Breeze! (Crosses her closed fans in front of her and than flicks them open. Twirls around with the fans, creating a blast of wind with beams of lights and hearts flying out to the enemy)
