Magpie is a notorious thief / gang member. They manipulated their way into a friendship with Serrure at a young age, and left a privileged life to be what they are today. They are incredibly smart and have a bit of a "Robin-hood" complex-- but only if it works in their favor. They also run stolen black-market parts with Serrure using Jayme's (Voscian ) shop as a front. They still frequent the lower levels of the city often, but live in a lower-middle class apartment with Serrure. Often times, you can find him in the markets buying trinkets or tending to his two birds.

This literally the first time since 2014/2015 I have put a lot of effort into a full background. This took so many hours and I am actually somewhat happy with the results. Huge thanks to Keiivory , CosmicDerp , and popolis for all the help with this!
