Inspired by a darker set rp, my take on Harley Quinn: The Joker's on again, off again girlfriend.Was musing about what they could have her wear in the upcoming film opposite Heath Ledger(RIP)'s Joker , and this came out. (I'd squeal with excitement if they just gave her a cameo, but I seriously doubt it, ah well)
