lol..not ur fault but photoshop grass alwayz lookz this way u should try to experiment with different filterz..like motion blur and than use a dark brush stroke or some other brush filter

Kanda is cute!!! I like the posture again....
Some point to note is there is one strand of his hair that have white space in it not showing the background... I think you need to add shadow on the grass to give a more 3D effect to show that he is sitting on the grass. Can add some lighting on the grass too so that it wont look so flat....
