Let me tell you, I do love this piece. I love artwork that can tell a story, much like this piece does. I can imagine it in a book I would read, or how I would imagine a scene in a tv show.
One thing though, I would of preferred if the dragon was less blurred, and has slightly more detail- like the other characters.
The only part where I agree the extra blurring is okay, id at the hind leg, and the end of the tail, because it adds tot he scenery of a snow storm.
I like the personification of the dragon as a warrior, carrying a weapon. It's like a weapon of destruction having its own backup. Very well done!

This is such an epic concept: A dragon with a spear. sweet!
