I know that. But what was done here is called "editing" and not "recolor".
Recolor is when you take a picture of a character, and only change the colors for example: Take a picture of erza, PS goes in and changes the color of her hair to blue.

recolor or edit are the same, you're taking a picture that is not yours and you're painting anything above it.
