Chapter thirty

Akashi woke up feeling uneasy that something had happened. He sighed and rubbed his eyes trying to get used to bright light of day. His phone suddenly buzzed. He took the device and stared at his wallpaper for a while. (Y/n) was smiling to him cutely and, just for a second, he heard loud 'Good morning Seijuro!'. He touched your cheek unconsciously and smiled back.

'(Y/n)... Good morning love'

And then he came back to reality.

'What am I even doing....?' Akashi mumbled and opened new text message.

From: XXX
'How's life? Sorry if I woke you up. But I have to tell you something.
(Y/n) transferred to Sellon and told me that she is now engaged to Saito Tora. She didn't explain anything at all. I'm not worried because I trust her...
Don't forget what you promised me. You are supposed to get her back, dammit! So do something about that Akashi!
The guy who can't accept her marriage with that stalker
And one more thing... If you don't get her back, I'll kick your ass.

Akashi almost dropped the phone. '(Y/n)?! Getting married?! And not with m?!' the thoughts rushed through his head with the light speed. He got up quickly and ran his fingers through his red hair. He couldn't wait any longer. He only saw her during the ball week ago... There was the right time to finally meet her again.
He headed to the bathroom to prepare himself for school. The shadow of smile danced on across his lips and he noted in mind to thank that Ichirou guy later...
But first he had to get (Y/n) back.

"I look stupid" you simply stated and pouted. "I'm not going out in that absolutely lame and embarrassing uniform!' Tora chuckled.

"It looks beautiful so stop sulking already~' he ruffled your hair and smiled. "Come on, every girl in our school wears that so you won't be alone" you his arm playfully making him blush.

"Fine~ I guess I have no choice then...' a sigh escaped your lips. Tora just smiled again.

"You look stunning (Y/n)-chan. I'll have to keep other guys away from you...'

"Quit being so jealous already. It's annoying" you looked at your reflection again. As you thought, that lame old-fashioned uniform didn't suit you at all. "Ugh~ whatever... We have to go already' you announced and walked out of your room with Tora behind your back.

He came back earlier to give you the books and your new uniform which didn't make you happy. You sighed quietly and headed to your new school.

"(Y/n)-chan~ Where are you going? My limo is waiting for us" Tora grabbed your sleeve and pulled you lightly the opposite direction. You blushes slightly embarrassed.

"I knew that...' you mumbled and walked with him to the limo which took you to school.

You hadn't talked much on the way. Silently looking through the window, you kept thinking about your new school. You didn't want to go there. You had to leave your friends and student council behind and you didn't like that. 'Just watch you damn old man...' you thought. 'You haven't won yet...' you smirked lightly. After all, you already started woking on the plan.

'Being a new student in a fancy high school... sounds like fun' you thought while the teacher introduced you. 'And all those rich kids...'.
You quietly took your seat and the lesson started. You decided to focus on it to keep your mind busy from thinking about certain someone.
'He probably already knows...' you looked through the window and stared at school yard. 'I should talk to him...'. Akashi was a lot on your mind recently. Because of that stupid engagement you couldn't stop thinking about him. It just didn't feel right to marry someone else than him... 'Well, it's not like I'll do this anyway... there is only one man that can be my husband. And it's not Saito Tora... It doesn't mean that I won't use him though...'.

The lesson, luckily, ended faster than you thought. You quickly left the classroom to run away from curious eyes of your new friends. Getting a transfer student in the middle of term wasn't ver common and it meant a lot of attention, to your displeasure.
Walking though corridors, you looked around and admired the beautiful architecture of the school. You had to admit that - that school had class. Stylish ornaments and big wooden stairs looked just like in fairy tale. Honestly, you thought that whole school looked like castle itself.

Then something happened....

You didn't expect that.
Someone grabbed your arm and pulled you to the narrow corridor. You yelped and looked up.
Then your heard heated faster.

"S-Seijuro...? What are you doing here?" your eyes meet those so familiar heterochromatic eyes go his.

"I think I should be the one asking you this..." his grip tightened around your arm. "(Y/n)... What's going on?"

You couldn't find any words. You just stared at him and drowned in his gaze.
Then you did something that even you hadn't expected.

"Seijuro...'' you whispered and wrapped your arms around him tightly burying your face in his chest. "I-I..." you started slowly. "I-I'm in big trouble right now... I missed you so much... And I'm sorry... for leaving you...' the words just escaped your lips. You couldn't control it. "I love you...'.

He was frozen for a while but after hearing your 'I love you' he immediately hugged back.

"I love you too (Y/n)...'' sound of his sweet voice made your heart jump a little. You didn't even notice that you were crying, your tears wetting his shirt. He rubbed your back and kissed top of your head gently. "I love you too..." he said again as if he wanted to make sure that you heard him.

"I-I'm sorry...'' you mumbled quietly and looked up. Even though your current situation wasn't the best, you smiled brightly. "Kiss me...".

Your order surprised him a little, but he couldn't help it. Shadow of smile danced across his lips when he leaned closer...

... connecting your lips in a fierce kiss.

His arms found its way around your waist while your hands were sliding up and down his chest. Forgetting about everything you went with the flow...
There was only you and him together again. And it was all that mattered.
