Description Long time no bw art!!!!

This one I had sketched a long time ago, and I drew it to cheer up everyone who's having a really sucky life. I wanted something funny and pkmn-related, so I thought "Hey! It'd be funny if they did a puppet? " Thus this was born!!

Did my coloring style change or what? I don't know, when I worked on this today, I was like "Whoa? Is it just me or did something change??" Oh well, it's cute nonetheless so it's okay, right? XDDDDD
