Great job! I love the details on the chest, it just gives a great understanding that their skeletal structure is very different from our own. I don't know why, but I just focused in on that part.

I used a little bit of noise.
Also another tip i use standard brush and set mode to spray and use a small dot alpha. Set low intensity and make small random pores ^^
