It's been a while since I've been excited for an OCT, I just hope I can keep it together and find the time to get an audition and a reference sheet done.
All I can say is that Io (#100) is an android made up of programming and super-intelligent nanites that allow her to shapeshift into scary things.
Her hair is her weapon.
She talks like a Turret from Portal 2.
And she can float.

Her entire body is made up of the nanites, so her hair is very silky and soft and really flows more like water through someone's hands if you hold it. But when she's just idly floating around it stays in one contained, flowy mass.
Makes for good stabbin's.

Hmm... moral dilemma for Altanus. It thinks, therefore it's... alive? The topic of "sentient constructs" isn't widely discussed where he's from. Also...it's a cute girl. He hates fighting cute girls, makes him look bad and he feels sorry.

Io was once 'alive' in a technical sense. Her nanites were cloned from the body of a living, organic girl, though she has no recollection of such a past. She has constructed organs, breathes air but has no need to consume food or water, and feels no real 'emotions' (though it is entirely impossible to suppress such instinctual emotions. She tends to have fleeting ghost feels here and there.) All she knows is she lives for research, and science, and be upgraded with experiences!
Altanus is a paladin right? Just think of Io as a Chaotic Evil foe wearing cute girl skin. She doesn't know any better.

Perhaps through future interactions/sudden realizations during Sanctum things can be changed! PROGRAMMING CAN BE REWRITTEN.

Let's hope it happens before they meet. Alt will still try to reason with her, but it seems that her redemption will come after she's disqualified from the tournament. I've decided that he will stop at 5% HP, leaving the OCs to wander the world of Sanctum while he finds his way to Lazarus and demands their freedom. Perhaps in her purgatory she will learn to value life, and to finally live well.

I just deleted a wall of text after realizing she's chaotic evil. They generally don't care, so asking her to explain herself is pointless, although, even demons can see reason when it suits them.
I suppose saying "It's ok, you tried hard. Here, go terrorize this village of non-living NPCs and sate your insane curiosities while I move ahead" might be a decent alternative.

Perhaps Neutral Chaotic is more appropriate for Io. I have a hard time deciding from the two, considering 90% of the time she's only following orders. When she arrives in the tournament she'll be between evil overlords so we'll see xD
