I tried to keep her design as simple as possible lol
One detail i forgot to mention is that her fins are the same color as her tail, just set at 50% opacity.

This is Dahlia!
She is a diurnal mermaid and likes to spend a lot of her time near the surface, though she can't speak human she can understand it. She likes to accessorize mostly with nets she steals from fishermen. She's sort of based on an angelfish? She is very playful and flirty and isn't afraid to speak her mind, she gets along well with others for the most part when she not being too loud or when her thoughts don't get her into trouble. She's a pretty positive person and doesn't like a bad atmosphere. She has a natural curiosity and likes to wander around a lot but unfortunately for her she has no sense of direction and ends up getting lost more times than she cares to admit.
