this was really fun to do! I've never done this kind of coloring, but there lol
I think I forgot the Celsius of Legendia?? but I haven't played Legendia, so I don't really know her design there o_o

Wow, this is really cool (haha x'D), I love especially Celsius from Tales of Symphonia (sad to say, it's the only Tales of I played so far <.<)
So i do not know the other characters well and could not say how good they match with the originals, but with this first Celsius (I'll call her this for her appearence in the foreground of your picture 
I also like the background with icy-colors and all the sparkles, so it seems like frozen ^^ and one can see ice crystals, and i love them *.*
