I already posted Ako's reference but I didn't put her Biography in it.
Well, here it is!

Ako was first born child of Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina. When she was 1 year old, her parents died in Kyuubi attack. She was then transfered to Konoha Orphanage with her baby brother- Naruto. When she turned 6 years old she requested of the Third Hokage to let her live with Naruto on her own. He allowed her that, but under one condition-Uchiha's Mikoto had to visit them once in a while. While living carelessly with Naruto, Ako got closer with Mikoto's sons: Itachi and Sasuke. She admired Itachi and had a secret crush on him, while she always teased Sasuke calling him ‚‚little‚‚ and ‚‚kid‚‚. Three days before Itachi's massacre on Uchiha clan Ako was called to the Third Hokage. Thinking she was going on a mission, she was very excited on her way. When she got there she was horrified. Sandaime told her she has to go away for good. At first she thought it was a joke, because Sandaime was always nice and caring towards her and Naruto. Then he said he is serious and the reason is because she's too weak to stop Kyuubi in case it gets out of Naruto. He told her she has to go to the Water Country and train to be a better ninja there. Followed by ANBU members she was forced to leave the village. Before her depart she was saying goodbye to Naruto. With tears falling down her cheeks she said to him that he mustn't forget her and that she will come back to see him one day stronger and more relliable. Naruto cried because of his sister not really knowing what is happening. After she left, Sandaime, along with some ANBU members cast a genjutsu on whole Village, so nobody will ever remember that Ako existed. When she got to the Country of Water she realised that the place where she arrived is non-shinobi and that what Hokage told her is whole a lie. She lived there with Daiki family for 3 years and has become best friends with Mizuno. At 12 years she left Daiki family with Mizuno and started travelling across 5 Shinobi Nations to gain more expirience in combat with other ninjas and become stronger. One year later, when they were 13, they met Miyako in Sunagakure and she joined them. The three girls then trained and travelled for a whole year and had became stronger than before and created a bond between them. At 14 years old the girls separated - each one of them going her own way: Mizuno to the country of Lighting, Miyako to the Country of Earth and Ako to the Country of Fire. On their ways they learned to survive and to take care of themselves. Ako met Itachi on her way and trained with him for a year. That way she found out about Uchiha's clan massacre and the reason Itachi did that. She tried to convince him to find Sasuke and explain him everything instead of making him hate him and eventually kill him, but he was already decided to do so. Itachi taught her some tehniques which will help her to protect herself if she has to face Sasuke in a fight. At 16 years old the girls met each other, stronger and more serious. One year passed after their wandering through The Land of Fire, after they arrived to The Hidden Village of Konoha to accomplish their goals.
