))) надеюсь, пригодится Ооmy way of painting clouds
1- basic form if the cloud (Pen)
2- lightest and darkest places(examples of colours)
3- use water brush to blend colours
4- detalisation and additional colours
5- blend colours with water brush
6,7- more colours and correction of outline(with eraser)

Why is this the only Russian written tutorial you made TT^TT, pwease add translation in English~ Unlike the list you created in the desc. I think it would be easier for n00blets such as myself if there were a more understandable process method than a list >w<

Well, I managed to get SAI, and gave the tutorial a shot, it came out very well. Thing is I couldn't find the pen tool, however there was a pencil tool. I didn't use the pencil tool but crayon instead, it gave a nicer effect.
