Yeah; no kidding. No gradient mesh use, plus extra attention to make-up texture.
How long did this take?
The eyes alone seem to have a very high amount of objects per speck; I'd find it very hard to commit like that.

30+ hours, but I'm not sure. Lost count when started the details on the leg
The eyes, I've tried to give the same look as *carolinabarajas does, but still need to learn a lot of stuff.
