But I would suggest if you wanted to save time and work using Photoshop, just wait around on this street on a Friday night till after dark.
The sights in Cardiff around that time are usually as accurate as this.

very well done photomanip. my only observation is with the dude on the right (the one that's missing his right anckle).
It could be because of the lighting or maybe the lack of details on him? I dunno but it draws my attention in a not-so-good kind of way.
Beside that, its very athmospheric and cool.
