What are Archanes?
Archanes are a species of mythical creatures with flowers/gem properties. Their kind are known for their magical powers and great skill in battle.
They posses no concept of sexuality, and will love whomever they feel attracted to. (all genders have the ability to reproduce)

- Can both of their arms be black or a different color?
No, only the arms must be black if you choose that feature for your design and not any other color other than black. The feet's cannot be black, they must be the same skin color of your Archane.
- Can the horns be any color or shape (ex: antlers, ram, etc)?
Yes, the horns can be of any shape, size, and form. They can also be of any color that goes with the color palette of your Archane.
What sort of flower can I use?
You may use any flower that exists in our world, so no fantasy or made up flora, and they all must be the same color; so do not put one as white and then the rest red.

well you draw those yourself, if you make it as close as possible as the traits showed in the trait sheet along with the design then we can know by just seeing it or reading the rarity level

Question: Are horns supposed to be in the same position as shown above? i.e one horn can only be in the middle. I wanted to design an Archanes with one horn on the side (rather than in the center) so is that possible?

Yes, they can be any form. Its says right there in the reference sheet that they can be any shape or form, as well as in the faq in the description.

No, you must make an archane with traits listed in the trait sheet. If you do the design will not be accepted

When choosing a plant, can you use both the foliage and the flowers (same species and cultivar), or do you pick between the two? Also are things like fruits and vegetables able to be used?

you may add foliage and the flowers (same flora species ofc) , and for fruits/vegetables is not that common but its usually the small type of fruits like berries etc since its hanging around their head and tail

i was wondering if it's possible to downgrade a trait? i bought an archane from a batch and want to change a myth trait to a common but don't know how to go about doing that ;; also is there a way we can change traits within the same rarity?

you may change your archane traits either in the same rarity or downgrading it by purchasing a trait potion from the archane shop

if you mean how his hair, etc goes from dark to light then yeah anybody can have that. That's just his hair color since it went well with his color palette
