Along with the new shows, the Hub has been showing an old series I used to watch as a kid: "Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego".She's a favorite villain of mine so I thought making her in my new human base. Did her body (coatless, coat open and closed coat) than her hair and the final part her hat. Her open coat could be better but I like how it closed look.

and one of the most unrecognizable version of her, the versions from 1991-1998 are the most recognizable (PBS and FOX KIDS show version along with the 1996-1998 World,USA and Time Games)and the versions from 1985-1991 are more known than this one. The art is good however

No, no, you're doing it wrong. Carmen Sandiego can't be found, not even on a spritesheet. To properly sprite her, you don't sprite her at all!

Man wish I had the Hub I had it for free for a month got to watch classic Joe and Classic TF along with MIB and Batman Beyond awesome sprite of Carmen San Diego X3 she's my fave charie one of them X3

Personally, I'd ditch the sprites without her coat and hat. The thought of Carmen with such a sheepish gaze is off-putting. As for the sprites that remain, I'd just leave the spot where her eyes should be as this big shaded spot to give her that air of mystery that made her infamous in the first place.
