Personality: Blue Spinel is very snarky, loving to tease people (especially her siblings). She's very witty and knows how to get what she wants. She doesn't easily trust others, preferring to only be personal with the people closest to her but once she does trust someone she is extremely loyal to them. She believes her way is usually always the right way, which is not always true. A bit impatient, it's usually usually hard for her to sit still. Definitely has the ojou-sama laugh.

Abilities: Has ice based powers that allow her to freeze water with a touch and shoot small rays of ice. She's also a very good swimmer.

Appearance: Light blue body suit covered with darker blue armor with gold details. Dark blue sashes hang from her front with a same colored cape behind her. Light blue skin with slightly darker hair and a bright blue veil that covers the lower half of her face. There are two wing like things coming from the back of her head.

Other: Is a sibling to totem-mimikyu 's Purple Spinel and slybluetrash 's Red Spinel. She also once served under White Diamond. She will destroy anyone who says anything bad about her brothers, making fun of them is her job.
Her craft is making elaborate ice sculptures. Very pretty but they don't last long on the desert planet.
