Off the top of my head, the salesman might become a marketing girl in charge of the mistress' finances and plans for taking things over on the economic side (if people who set foot on her property become hers, might be a good idea to increase her property by buying up local businesses and such) and the girl scouts might age up into her network of spies.

Differently opens up room for more possibilities for neat tfs. Even have a few ideas myself, which of course I will only share if I can ever raise the capital.
Also, I think the 'setting foot on property becomes her property' thing would negate any 'use huge weapon or gun to beat her' idea. Only thing I can think of would be with a sniper rifle and I'm sure the mistress would have a magical barrier or something for that.
