mine are 3840x2160, 1:2 set in mb, 1920x1080 output, no postwork.
how low you set de stop? too low can kill all the smoothness...

I just let it set the DE stop to default levels.

i am not expert but send me some params which you think are too noisy.
it could have various reasons. maybe formulas do not get together well?

I often like the addition of the noise.
It's the pixellated edges which bother me. One has to either blur or compress the image to eliminate that.
