Hooray~ Finally a full-body shot of my Skyward Sword Zelda costume.
Sadly, the weather at Acen was absolutely atrocious, and while I did get some outdoor shots, I probably won't be getting them back for months, and months, and months... *sigh* I won't have a chance to do any more outdoor sunny shoots for this costume for at least another month, so convention shots will have to do for the time being. 
This photo was taken late saturday night of Acen right in front of the con center. The blue lighting makes my greens look super pastel haha~ Anyway, I will be posting more photos from the con as I receive them. Costume made and worn by me.

Thanks! The gem I cast from epoxy resin and used epoxy adhesive to glue it to the dress. For the boots, I sewed up some bootcovers out of leather and glued them to some shoes I found at the thrift store.

Your Zelda cosplays are just so SPOT ON <3 I absolutely must ask how on earth you did the gold/yellow patterned trim on the sleeves and hem of the dress? It looks absolutely flawless and perfect!

You do a really god job cosplaying less serious Zeldas (Toon, Skyward). Not to say your more serious Zelda(s) (Twilight princess) Isn't good, it is great. It's just you have such a bright Vibrant face that adds such cute smiles tha tit really plays to the more child like Zeldas. Keep up the good work!

I'm a big fan of your zelda cosplays. I love this zelda and was thinking about cosplaying as her. It would be my first cosplay, and I was wondering if you could help me out. I don't know what to do about the blue gem. I can't find one anywhere. I also was wondering how I could pull off the belt with the little gold disks. Hello! I'm not akuriko but I'm a Zelda cosplayer as well! What I did I went to my local arts and crafts store and looked around the jewelry area, sometimes they sell sort-of vintage/steam punk charms for your jewelry, i found a regular square shaped blue diamond, i bought it and just painted the edges golden and just paste it on my dress. (Of course i flipped the gem so that way it turned into a diamond shaped.)
The way I did the belts was just use regular foami and just painted it gold. Hopefully I helped you a bit! I have a few pictures of me in my cosplay if you're in doubt. If you have any more questions feel free to ask them! ^^

where did you get or how did you make the circle linked belt?

I cast the circles from poly urethane resin, drilled holes in them and linked them with gold wire.

Thanks! Mine are the Blue 2 contacts from colorlens4less [link] My gold belt I made a model from craft foam and model magic and molded and casted it several times. Then I drilled holes in each and connected them with 16 gauge wire.
