The full title is Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic. It's a retelling of Arabian Nights (or One Thousand and One Nights). The main character (the blue haired one in the picture) is Aladdin.

an awsome manga! but the very meaning of "Magi" in the manga, is a person that has the ability to absorb nearby "Rukh" or goodness OR wickedness for the bad ones. there is only 3 of em but for some reason our main character is a wild card 4th.
(there is an anime aswell, BUT IT AINT EVEN CLOSE TO HOW GOOD THE MANGA IS)
