Where's the iron ball, it's like not there when they shackle Aladdin's ankles, there's no ball.

They most likely put enabled the iron ball once they carried his body to the cliff. It seemed kinda far so it would be easier if one of the guards carried Aladdin and while someone else carried the iron ball. Then they put on the ball once they reached their location. Makes a lot of sense doesn't it xD?

Or maybe they had the iron ball on the chain already, maybe someone was holding the ball while the head guard clamp the ankle shackles on Aladdin, then after they knock Aladdin out, they must had someone beside the guard carrying Aladdin and then when he fell off the cliff, that's when the ball did it's work in keeping Aladdin from floating.
