Wouldn't be the first time Disney scrapped a poteintialy good charecter/idea. At least you brought more knowlage about his existance, which he would thank you for.

His original form looks cute in this pic. And his mutated form reminds me of the chupecabra. I don't think I spelled that right.

Thanks ^^ I think so too. I wasn't too crazy about his mutant design, but he does look more alien-like, plus in that form, he is stronger than Stitch- except electricity can defeat 621 (after getting shocked about 6-7 times, according to the PS2 game). It's too bad 621 was never drawn (well, except for me and maybe for storyboard to make the game), he was only computer animated for the game and that kinda was it. Poor 621, he needs lots of hugs. ^^
