This is my first go at Blaze. It turned out ok. Though I feel I once again have to admit I hate drawing backgrounds. Otherwise I might have drawn a stadium or rows of fans cheering.Anyway, this is based on the "Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games" version of Blaze. Her normal outfit looks somewhat different. I recently bought the same game and played it with some friends. We had a blast. And I've liked Blaze ever since I first played "Sonic Rush", but I've never drawn her.

Well, she does smile in both Sonic Rush and in M&S at the Olympics. But thnx for commenting. I'm still working on ways to improve my shading skills.

Yeah only a little in those games, I think I felt that way because Blaze was more detailed on that game.

Yeah, maybe. But I like to see characters smiling rather than looking gloomy or sad. Unfortunately that goes against the popular view.
