Frisk is holding his finger over where a joint is maybe its confusing?
He has 3 joints in his finger, One between the metacarpal, and the proximal bone, Then the proximal and the middle bone and then the middle bone and the distal.

Well, I'm in school now, so none of that made any sense... :/ (I'm in 8th grade)
But, I thought there was only three bones on each finger. I don't know why I said joints. And in the picture, Sans has four bones when he's pointing just before frisk grabs his finger. That's all...

Let me try to exsplane, I know I can talk confusing so bear with me (
In the hand you have lots of bones, I think what is got you confused is that I drew 4 long bones. Each finger has 4 bones, it's just one of them is concealed in the palm, these are called the Metacarpals, you can actually feel them if you poke around at your hand. The thumb is the only finger that only has three bones. This isn't the best example but it works.

Oh, I see, so that's why I didn't see a pal- oh ok, that makes more sense...(Not to be picky, but it might help to add a bit of detail to the hand, since there's no skin, you can see through the bone, but you can't see the whole finger, you know what I mean?) Thank you for explaining that and for saying that to me, even though it's not true, I appreciate your compliment!
I don't go well with compliments at school, I don't know if you are a girl or whatever, not saying it's a bad thing if you're not, but most of the boys there are sexist and rude, mostly because of my gender. I know this because me and a another guy named, lets say Eddie, are aids for sixth grade PE, so I barely get respected. ever.
Not saying I don't deserve it, but a little less death threats would be nice, you know?
I guess what I was getting at, before I almost explained my entire life story, was that it means a lot for someone to notice my existence, even over the internet especially when it's coming from an artist like yourself and the fact I'm the one being a critique about your work. So, I don't know if that makes any sense what so ever, but thank you even over something as silly as this! It really does make Monday seem a whole lot brighter!

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time at school. People can be cruel. I would give you the speech about how it's not going to be your whole life and one day you will graduate and bla bla, but you've probably already heard it.
I only just made it out of school alive myself. I don't have any solid advice, just some little tips:
Each moment of your life is yours.
There will always be jerks that judge you based on your appearance, they don't matter.
never become one of those jerks.
don't be afraid to make boundaries but don't close yourself off entirely.
people will try to tell you in the grand scheme of the universe one life doesn't matter, they are full of crap.
you are important.
Taking a shower can help a lot in any situation.
make a playlist for sunny days.
take care of your soul.
There are only 5 days in a school week, 4 weeks in a month and 3 months till summer.
If you ever need to talk my door is always open! I hope you have much happiness in the future.

Nothing wrong with it. And I get what you mean, while definitely not to the degree you get it, the people in my school are jerkwads too. Llama badges are just for show, I think? I got some for congrats for a pic I uploaded ages ago, but since i'm 'new' in the sense that I don't use this very often, (Maybe once every half-a-year? ) I can't help you much there. If you've only ever read things then they might be from creators whose things you've commented on.
