Been itching to draw samurais and ninjas.A bit of homage to Alfredo Alcala / Alex Nino. Hope I did them justice.

hindi lang sila alcala at nino ang matutuwa nito, kasama na rin ang iba pang old & new masters ng traditional filipino style. wala nang gumagawa ng ganito at sana matutunan ko rin ito.

OooHHH! it's so smooth and silky. Parang chocolate at gatas na pinagsama, tapos nakakalasing pa. Wow. Walang salita. MAtutuwa sila alcala at nino, matutuwa sila.

di ako familiar kay alex Nino though. pentel brush pen ba yan? may ilang parts na mejo mahirap maintindihan pero overall you've gotten futher with the Alcala style than anyone as of yet.

Haha salamat. Yung background, basta ano lumabas, yun na yun hehehe. Di ko kaya yung style nila na diretso na ink. Medyo pinag-iisipan ko pa yung ibang parts.

Di ko masyadong trip yung light box, pero nagpagawa na rin ako just in case. Minsan ko pa lang yata siya ginamit e, hehehe. Malinis talaga yung effect, pero pumapangit gawa ko. Diretso na lahat yan, mula sketch hanggang inks.

beautiful. Reminds me of the scene from Curse of the Golden Flower when the ninjas are coasting through the air in the canyon.
