So... You have to either send this to the grave, or send something like Altergeist Emulatelf to the grave. And if you do that... You might have at least one monster on the field - either this or any Light Fairy in a Counter Fairy Deck - to attack your opponent in the face.

No, Solemn are Counter Traps stops special summons. This does negate special summons, yes, but this is a continuous trap monster that has to activate while itβs in a monster zone.
