Ehh, I think Zushin is more threatening then Chaos MAX Dragon...
After all, while Zushin can be beet back and stalled against by defense mode monsters (something Chaos MAX loves to fight) getting rid of Zushin isn't exactly easy for most decks (except Kaiju), while literally any deck that can get out 2 level 4s could (theoretically) get over Chaos MAX, (by going into Utopia the Lightning).

Somehow I'm being really reminded of the Bide ability in Pokemon. Another Yugioh card brought up this emotion in me, and it was Extinction on Schedule-waiting 3 turns for a big payoff at the end. But it also reminds me of the reason it's so often unreliable, though to lowered extent since it doesn't wholly rely on what your opponent does during then-you're planning for a long game with cards like these, and with the duel so often being something decided on turn 0-what Deck you bring to the dance-it often doesn't last as long as you draw, play it, and wait 3 turns beyond that.
Still good when it goes off and you've properly set off. S'like a faster Final Countdown with Horakhty.
P.S. I WILL NEVER GET OUT OF MY MIND HOW MUCH THOSE GUYS IN THE CARD LOOK LIKE THE INCREDIBLES AND NEITHER WILL YOU.
