I wouldn't count 3 or 4.... while they do have similar effects that are obviously based off of Creature Swap, I do not consider them Parodies as there artworks aren't based off of it.

Why would anyone use this? Creature Swap doesn't care what kind of monsters the players have, AND you can activate more than one per turn.

Yes but Creature Swap doesn't let you choose which opponent's monster you take. You may only be able to take Link MOnsters, but at least you can choose which.
And I doubt the hard OPT clause will affect this card much.
