When 4kids filed backrupcy Konami created 4K media and bought the following
The Building
Workers contracts
Desk and chairs
and anything YGO Related
Everything else went to Saban
I call BS because Knami creates a new sub compy right after 4kids annonce they are shuting down and it just happens to start out with 4k I think the bankrupcy was to get around Konami buying 4kids because many of the shows 4kids has the rights to were to rivals of Konami so they yea I think 4kids and Konami were having deals be done behind close doors people will never know.
