Effect:

Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card when that Spell resolves. During the End Phase: You can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card, then target 1 of your banished Spells; add 1 card with the same name from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Magistry Ritualist" once per turn.

"Megistry" is a reference to the Greek word, Megisti, which means "biggest" or "greatest", and to "Hermes Trismegistus" (meaning "thrice-great Hermes") who is said to be the author of the "Emerald Tablet ", an ancient Alchemical text which was also the inspiration for Amnael 's Shadow Charm .
