Pendulum Effect
You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except Dragon monsters. This effect cannot be negated. You can target 1 Dragon Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Monster in your GY; destroy this card, and if you do, Special Summon that monster.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be either Pendulum Summoned from the hand, or Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 Dragon monsters (1 Fusion, 1 Synchro, and 1 Xyz). You can discard this card and pay 500 LP; add 1 Level 8 or lower Dragon Pendulum Monster from your Deck to your hand. Gains ATK and DEF equal to half your opponent's LP. Once per turn: You can pay half your LP; shuffle all other cards on the field and in the GYs into the Deck.

Would've been better if this card was an Rank 8 Xyz Monster and the only way to summon it is to Rank Up either Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon. Hell here's the chant.

To make it more interesting if Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon was a Rank 8 too and to summon it you rank up Rebellion Dragon this would've Raging Dragon purified.

Hmm, those effects can definitely become useful.... though I don't see it getting summoned all that often.

Well there are the Scale 0 and Scale 13 Supreme Gates that can allow you to Pendulum Summon this.

Well, yeah, but outside of halfing your life points for a field clearing, the only thing this dose on the field is have atk equal to half your oppoment's life points. And it seems more like the Meklord Emperor Grannel effect then the Endless Decay effect, so a Direct attack from this thing (in addition to never being able to KO your opponent) will also half it's strength, and if your opponent's life points were already pretty low to begin with, it can get pretty easy to run this monster over.
Sure it can has it's use (particularly the field clearing effect) but I just think that if this card were to become relevant... it would probably be because of the in-hand searching effect or the pendulum-effect of reviving monsters... or the fact that it is a scale 12 for what would obviously be a Dragon orientated deck. Not for the effects that it has when it is summoned.

The "proper play" is to pitch this for it's search effect, then summon Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom to copy the field nuke and attack effects.

Not only that, it'll gain the half of your opponent's life points effect too. So half LP + 2800 ATK, takes a nice giant chunk of LP off your opponent.
