Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die 3 times, and this card gains ATK/DEF equal to the total result x 100 (until the end of your opponent's turn), then if 2 of the results are the same, apply the appropriate effect based on that same result, OR if all results are the same, apply all these effects (simultaneously).
● 1 or 2: Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects until the end of your opponent's turn.
● 3 or 4: Draw 2 cards.
● 5 or 6: This card can attack directly this turn.

Pros: Isn't this one of those stupidly old DM cards? If it is, cool, we got a nostalgia card in the upcoming pack with Topologic Gamble Dragon. Also, it's a Level 7 Warrior with 2500 ATK, so it's a neat brick of a boss monster.
Cons: That effect wants to make me puke. Having to go Joey Wheeler-levels of luck for....what exactly? I mean, the ATK bonus is nice. Rolling anything higher than a 6 is really cool, giving this card's ATK a great bonus to beat things over, but to get specific results with your die to do certain effects? Uh, okay, let's see how this will go:
-If you rolled EXACTLY 1 twice, you get 200 ATK and DEF (or 400 ATK if you rolled a 2 twice) guaranteed and an invincible monster? uh, that's a bit much and you really would like to roll a 6 in those rolls to make this worth it. If not, it's....eh.....2900 ATK at the minimum? Fine, but you're rolling three times and if you did roll a 1 or a 2 three times you lost the bonus effect. Again, RNG at its finest folks.
-If rolled a 3 or a 4 twice, you draw 2? .....Honestly this is the worst pick. I'd rather use Sacred Sword of Seven Stars to literally get my 2 cards instead and go even with that, not go for even with this thing. At least 600 ATK guaranteed for this makes the card go up to 3100+ whatever this third dice roll was is okay for a Level 7 monster hope you used Foolish Burial and Monster Reborn to summon....
-Now, the last one better be big: If, somehow, you got 2 rolls and they were a 5 or a 6, you get the ultimate ability of.......Attacking directly.
.....That is actually fine. You know what, I'm not even mad. So long as you know exactly what you signed yourself up with by using this card in your Deck, this isn't terribly bad, as that meant that you can get 1000 ATK/DEF guaranteed at the minimum, plus the third roll, meaning you can chop off half of your opponent's LP in a single swing if your lucky.
In short and overall, if you really want Joey Wheeler.dek, use this card solely for that, just note you'll want to main deck 3 Reroll when this shows up because god damn this was overly complicated for a simple effect and this thing sucks because of it. Don't run it unless you are literally Luck-incarnate cause I'm sure you'll be able to use this card in full by it. If not, don't touch this thing ever.
EDIT, because I missed one little thing: If you rolled all three results LOL me you actually get all of the effects. Did I say these effects were trash, LOLZ XD
....Actually, I never even bothered to read the last sentence in the effect. If you do pull this effect off, yes, this is an insane card now, but that means you need to get 3 of all values, meaning 300, 600, 900, 1200, 1500, or 1800 ATK bonuses to be able to do everything here. Again, Reroll for the win.

If the person when using it is very lucky, she will practically have an earthbound, cardcar D and a Beelze of the Diabolic Dragons at the same time, scary, but I do not leave this happy to remember him in that dice game.

They FINALLY made this guy......... and they gave him a good effect to, GOOD, after how long he had to wait, he deserves to not be a normal monster anymore.

Looking at the effect, it seems to reference DDM in a way as well.
As in that game rolling 2 of the same summon crest lets you summon a monster, here rolling 2 of the same number get's you an effect. Also, if you rolled 3 of the same summon crest (in the manga at least) the summoned monster got powered up, here rolling 3 of the same number get's you all the effects.
It's almost like they cared when making it's effect.
