Semi-Super Fan-Made card110th and last card ofΒ
Return of the Legendary Heroes -Pack
Effect:
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned with "Assault Mode Activate". (Quick Effect): You can reveal 3 Equip Spell Cards from your Deck, then your opponent randomly equips 1 of them to this card, and you shuffle the rest back into your Deck. When your opponent activates a card or effect while this card is equipped with an Equip Spell Card(s) (Quick Effect): You can send 1 of those Equip Spell Card(s) to the GY, and if you do, negate the activation. When this card on the field is destroyed: You can target 1 "Power Tool Dragon" in your GY; Special Summon that target.

the only equip focus deck is Noble Knight. now, if u want a good deck that uses equip, there is dark warrior or Flame Noble Knight (OCG)

Some nitpicks here and there:
-"and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways except by its own effect" should be removed. I know you put this because Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode had it, but Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode revived itself by its own effect, this didn't.
-Negation effects are often "when" effects.
-DEF should be 3000, as it is 2500 (the DEF of Power Tool) + 500.
Other than that, it should destroy the card it negated. But all that aside, it is a good card. I might make my own take of that, since Power Tool is one of my favorite Synchro Monsters (mostly because it had to do with Equips, the centerpiece of my Enhance mechanic).
