Once per turn: You can activate 1 of these effects. Pay 1000 LP; add 1 LIGHT or DARK Monster from your Deck to your hand. Pay 2000 LP; send 1 LIGHT or DARK Monster from your Deck to your GY. Pay 3000 LP, then target up to 3 of your banished cards and 1 LIGHT or DARK Monster in your GY; return those targets to your GY, and if you do, add that other target to your hand. If this card in its owner's Spell & Trap Zone is destroyed by a card effect: You can add 1 "Chaos Dragon Levianeer" from your Deck to your hand.

Just to show how the paying LP effects should be worded. Paying LP is a cost here, so it should come before a semi-colon [;].
Whereas the last effect (pay 3000 LP) should have ', then' after it since you are targeting something, and all the targeting done in that effect should be listed before the semi-colon [;], as I showed with my rewording of this card's third effect.
