If I was going to run a weaker Raigeki in a Dark Magician Deck, I'd just run Lightning Vortex.

In my story something much worse then the word on this card is awaiting the Vikings and Dragons of Berk. It's the end of all creation. Time, Space, Reality, Life and Death is at stake and three siblings must save it all!

yeah a lot for them to handle. They are gonna have a lot to deal with including finding out how much was taken from them before any of them were born and how the younger brother and sister were even taken out of their timeline and killed before they were meant to be born in attempt to prevent them from helping fulfill the prophency of preventing this end of all creation!

This card used to destroy a God Card, right now you can destroy any God Card using man-eater bug right now which it is a shame.

Mound of the Bound Creator and March of the Monarchs make them immune to Man-Eater Bug though.
Plus you have to remember the God Cards were unaffected by monster effects, and couldn't be targeted OR destroyed by anything in the anime, nor could their control be changed even by non-targeting like Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon. Banishing them (which this card actually does, not destroying all of the opponent's cards) was the only way to defeat them in the anime.

Befitting this, this spell card is able to affect a God Card, which is normally impervious to magic, but as Ragnarök is the "twilight of the gods", the spell destroyed no one less but "The Winged Dragon of Ra ".
