OkayΒ I think I know what the last code talker's arrows are and here is why the corresponding Code talkers have arrows on a 90 degree turn
example Encode is Top, bottom and bottom right while Powercode is Right, Left and Bottom Left
Excode is Top, Left, and Right while Transcode is Right, Top and Bottom
So since Decode is the odd one with Top, Bottom Right and Bottom Left. I theorise the last code talker's arrows will be Right, Top Left and Bottom Left

Well, Decode is meta, and in my personal experience playing Cyberse in locals Encode isn't bad whatsoever... just a bit underwhelming.
