If your opponent activates a card or effect that targets a card(s) you control (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 Cyberse Link monster from your GY; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card. (Quick Effect): You can banish this card from your GY, and if you do that, target 1 of your banished Cyberse Link monsters; Special Summon it.
