You can only use each effect of "World Legacy - "World Key"" once per turn.

all world legacy artifacts are based on catolic/bible artifacts, the sword could be Archangel Michael who holds a sword, it is famous for holding THAT sword.
i'm researching more to be sure.

Another World Legacy Relic?
As far as the effects are concerned...
- The extra Normal Summon is totally outdated - which is why Knightmare Goblin was banned.
- The second effect is cool but how the hell are you supposed to battle with this thing when it's ATK is 0 both ways?
