Most people don't believe they are genetically part animal. In fact most people just say it is a personality trait that they associate their self with a particular species. Β Some people believe they have a spirit animal that represents them as a person. Β As long as someone doesn't biologically believe they are a mixture of species it's all good. ^_^

Yeah, I do agree with that. If it's a spiritual thing or they believe in spirit animals and so on that's totally fine. However i'm really getting tired of all the pre-teens (and some older people) going around saying that they were wolves/dragons/fairies/cucumbers etc in their past lives or that they actually are a wolf etc but they're just in human form or something.
Believe me, I've had the privilege to talk to a person (on the internet, also I'm pretty confident that she wasn't a troll) who seemed to firmly believe that they were a part or some magical cat race that they themselves made up (yes she herself said that it was a made up race, I don't even...). She told me that others just couldn't see the real her or her ''powers'' (whatever those were, I was alredy having a headache and I sure as hell wasn't going to ask) and then there was that gargoyle and vampire and oh so many more. I swear I'm not even trying to find these people yet I still end up where they are -.- I usually (99.9% of the time) just igore them, it's no use trying talk to them. Anyway, those are the people that I just don't get along with to put it nicely.

Friend, don't think that I mean to disrespect you when I say these things. I'm pretty sure you like canines and you have a gift with animals, but if you were meant to be a wolf, I think you'd be one now. It's not that there's anything wrong with acting like one if you think that's fun, as long as you don't cause problems for people. If you favor being around canines more than you do humans, then that's fine as well, as long as you're peaceful. I mean every person is different and some are going to like being around people more and some animals. But denying your humanity isn't going to do any good. The problem today that makes human life (and animal life) hard at times is mortality. It's why we get sick, we get injured, we lose friends and family, and we have to struggle to survive. I think in the future that we will be freed from this, however. As for what that existence will be like, I can't really say for certain and it depends on your faith. Wolf spirits don't have the wisdom and power necessary to help, guide, and save humanity on a complete level, especially after they lose their bodies and leave this world (At that point, they can't really do much of anything to help us.), and neither do 99.9999999% of humans(same goes for us when we die). There's only one Living Thing that walked upon this earth who can save us, and He is the divine Man who was born 2000 years ago and died to save us from our sins. His Spirit IS strong enough to guide, to help and to save us, and he is who we need most of all. Despite His death, He rose from the grave and still live today, and watches over everyone and everything. He is older than man, beast, AND angel, and his words are sacred. May the Spirit of Truth be with you.

Quite some trans people hate otherkin/therians for that comparison. Gender dysphoria is a psychological problem and theres scientific explanation for it unlike with otherkin and therians so the comparison is just god awful. Dont do that again.

well...it's a spiritual connection i have with the wolf. i'd think what a wolf would kind of think, i'm protective of my friends and family like wolves are. I'm strong, i'll do what it takes to protect the people i love and care for so much, no matter what the circumstances might be...i would fight if i had to..people see me as a human but on the inside and in my heart and soul im a wolf. often times when im alone or afraid i feel that my spirit animal Β is beside me telling me that im not alone or i shouldn't be afraid. I can hear my spirit animal clearly like if a person is right there next to me saying it. When i say im a wolf to certain people they don't know what im talking about, they would think im crazy until i tell them what i'm really trying to say and then they are like "oooh"
