The history is very complicated, because it happens in the saga of "Crisis".
Some Superman of the universe DC, he remains caught in an unknown dimension. His desperation for finding the exit, leads it to striking any object that surrounds it and the sound waves cause quakes in other worlds.
The blows of this Superman alter the reality of Batman's universe. The vibration of the quakes re-lives through Jason Todd, minutes after having being buried and goes out of his tomb. Because of it in the series of Hush, there is no Robin's body. Later they extracted to the sale a series where jason wanted to take revenge for the joker, and later he went away with the titans.
