Decent games, that never realize their full potential, sadly.
I kinda dropped off the show, it was the same old thing every region with Satoshi, lol. Downgraded Pikachu and trainer skills, abused fire starter, flashback episodes that suggest everything is continuous even though his actions don't reflect that experience, losing the league, rinse and repeat.

The Black and White era was a BIT different, due to giving Team Rocket a competence boost and having them work more closely with Giovanni. They slowly reverted back to normal however.
