File Report on Case #077861, regarding disappearance of five girls more then ten years ago. Handler on case is Lt. Col Dragan Davidović of the SCP, subordinate unit of the UDBA.

"Case #077861. This is the aftermath report on the case regarding the disappearance of five girls over ten years ago. Operative Volkon reported in on his mission to recover the girls. Girls names are as follows: Abby , Alyssa , Cassie , Caitlin , and Jade . According to the operatives report, the girls were turned into the animatronics of the Mediocre Melodies , a knock off group of the Fazbear Gang, with the order being as followed: Ned Bed, Mr. Hippo, Orville Elephant, PigPatch, and Happy Frog. Based on what evidence was there, we can infer that the spirits of the animatronics possessed the girls and changed their bodies."

"Operative Volkon was assigned to the case by [REDACTED] after his previous performance during the 'Cupcake Coaster Incident ' four years prior. Given a powerful orb, he was given the mission to go into the ruins, remove the spirits, bring the girls back to normal, then take them to the safehouse where they were to have their memories regarding the pizzeria erased, then returned to their families with an explanation and a promise to never reveal what happened. He was also to bring the orb back to SCP Headquarters in Zagreb so that the SCP would properly deal with the spirits of the Mediocre Melodies."

"Operative went into the building ruins at night, having placed canisters in there prior. He proceeded to use the orb to rid the spirits and return the girls back to normal. However, Volkon reported mixed results. Alyssa is the only one reverted completely to human status. Cassie and Caitlin still have one animatronic arm each. Jade still has lower half of animatronic. Abby only has her human head back, while the rest of her body is still an animatronic. Operative had to carry her and guide the others out after setting fire to building. Managed to escape undetected, but employed scramblers in case."

"Operative took girls to a safehouse in a town near the one where the Pizzeria stood. Girls were debriefed about situation, with their families informed and promised not to say anything. Still, for safety concerns, families and girls will be taken to the SFR Yugoslavia to decide what course of action will be taken to next. Meantime, orb will be taken to secret labs to examine the spirits on, and a cover story will be crafted to explain the fire, with persuading local and state enforcements to cooperate."
