Alright, allow me to explain why the appropriate name of my custom, hand-built GBB airsoft Samurai Edge "The Albert Wesker Samurai Edge Dyslexia."

**If you are just 10% of the die-hard Resident Evil fan that I am, perhaps you have seen that in the Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil 5, the close-up images of Wesker's Samurai Edge show us these specific details:

#1: The slide of Wesker's actual Samurai Edge (the part of the gun that when fired, recoils back and forth with the "S.T.A.R.S." engraving) has the matte black finish. Mine has the nickel-finish.

#2: The lower receiver (lower half of the pistol including frame, magazine chamber, trigger guard/trigger, etc.) of Wesker's actual Samurai Edge has the nickel finish. Mine has the matte black finish.

**You might say to yourself: "Well, geez, Wesker! Why did you build this dyslexia version instead of the original?"

Well, here's my explanation: I could not find a matte-black M9/M92 slide for sale (KJW & WE Tech & Tokyo Marui parts) and I could not find a nickel-finish lower receiver/frame for sale. I did find a nickel-finish slide & matte black lower receiver/frame (see where this project went, hmmmm?) and I don't know how to paint airsoft parts--plain and simple. I fear that if I paint them, they would come out very bad.

...And so there you have it, The Albert Wesker Samurai Edge Dyslexia was born.

***Hand-built by myself except the magazine, parts made by WE Tech, KJW, & other generic brands. Parts customized/engraved by a dear friend of mine that happens to be a gunsmith and a skilled welder.***
